Shipping policy

All orders are hand selected or handmade, and made to order. Please allow at least 5-7 days processing and handling time before the order ships. Orders are shipped Monday- Friday, and some Saturdays. 

Orders placed during federal holidays will ship the next available business day. 

Please allow extra processing time during sales.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered packages once it leaves our hands and by purchasing these products you agree to these terms.

If you experience any damage with your order, please send an email to info@highvibehaven.com with details and photos, so that we can make it right. 

Every order is shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking information and covered with insurance.
